At Millies Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Millies

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
